Return & Refund Policy

At Kingsley & Co, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Our goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following policies, which distinguish between our standard Collection and our made-to-order Bilinski Collection.

 


1. Standard Products (Non–Print-on-Demand)

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase.

Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, as requested.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 

2. Bilinski Collection (Made-to-Order Products)

Our Bilinski Collection is produced individually for each order using our print-on-demand partner, Printify.

Because these items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size or fit
  • Change of mind

However, if your Bilinski product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

3. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us.

We will investigate with our shipping partners, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement free of charge.

 

4. Return Process

Please do not send returns directly to the address on your package, as it may not reach our fulfilment partners.

 

5. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

 

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
